§1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between CREECS GmbH and its customers regarding the creation and delivery of AI-generated soundscapes and music content.
§2 Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the creation of individual AI-generated soundscapes and music content according to the customer's requirements.
Services include:
- • Onboarding and analysis of brand values
- • AI-supported production of the soundscapes
- • Delivery of the final audio files
- • Licensing for commercial use
§3 Copyright and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the customer receives non-exclusive usage rights to the created soundscapes for the agreed purposes.
CREECS GmbH reserves the right to use the created content for reference purposes and marketing materials.
§4 Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are agreed individually based on project scope and are subject to applicable statutory VAT.
Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.
§5 Liability
CREECS GmbH is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.
